PREVIOUS TRAINING / FAVE SPORT I used to dance a lot and my favorite sport is running unless you can consider yoga a sport!

ULTIMATE GOAL To motivate those around me to love waking up in the morning and wanting to get in a good sweat before their day as much as I do! But ultimately to motivate others to do more and to show them that they are capable.

MOST PROUD OF...having found a way to both teach and be a student at the same time. I also want to get more involved in the broader community! The more you have to do, the more you get done.
